Dr. Brantley is a creature of habit with his set routine. We have worked for years and years attempting to perfect (which is impossible) all office procedures, script each and every possible patient scenario and construct the perfect scheduling structure that will allow for optimum efficiency for our patients. We'll never achieve that perfection but we're much closer now than ever before. That's why, as you come in for appointments, you will see that Dr. Brantley moves steadily and constantly throughout the office and the staff works like well-oiled parts of a very efficient machine. We have had the very top, nationally recognized orthodontic practice consultants, Debbie Best and Lorie Garland Parker, come into our office from California to work for days and days with us (in 2004 and 2005) to hone each and every procedure in the process of vastly improving our scheduling. At that same time, we completely replaced our office computer systems, putting all new hardware and software in each and every station throughtout the office. Dolphin Management and Dolphin Imaging are the latest, most cutting-edge computer technologies to allow seamless networking specifically for ORTHODONTIC practice needs. All of these efforts have vastly improved our ability to most efficiently serve our patients. For virtually all of your visits, you will find that you are seated precisely on time and that your visit has been carefully planned and is then properly executed in a timely fashion. Notwithstanding human unpredictable variances, this is as good as it gets. We practice literal state-of-the-art orthodontics. Damon bracket systems has just fallen right in place with these systems to reduce average treatment visits by 30%!!! compared to only 5-10 years ago. What a privilege to practice modern orthodontics in the greatest nation in history and enjoy these new awesome technologies.
